What is reiki? It’s a Japanese word that translates to Rei: sacred and Ki: energy. This sacred healing energy exists within all living things and can be harnessed through intention. Everything that happens in the body physically, first happens energetically. That’s why it is so important to have regular energy work done so that you create a paradise within your own body and are able to connect clearly with your soul.
