Virtual Doula ServicesI offer 5 different doula packages including 2 virtual doula services. The more inclusive is my "virtual doula" package that has monthly check ins, access to me via text/phone during pregnancy and postpartum, yoga and reiki sessions and much more! The "Pocket Doula" package is my most budget friendly option and includes a reiki and yoga session, and 29 page PDF packed with info and resources and more!

Virtual Yoga & ReikiVirtual Yoga: A 1 hour class viz Zoom that is tailored to your needs. I specialize in Hatha, Prenatal and Restorative Yoga.
Distance Reiki: Express & Full length virtual sessions available. The full length session includes pranayama instruction, a head to toe (crown to root) chakra balancing, specified intentional healings including cord cutting, aura cleanse and reiki oracle card drawing and reading. This takes about an hour. Express reiki is a balancing of the chakras and an aura cleanse. This takes about 20 minutes.
